Kava Recipes from
around the world

Author - Kava Kritic

Lets discover kava recipes from around the world! When I first went to the Pacific in 1994, I was more of a kava naysayer than a kava connoisseur. I thought it was bitter, muddy, gross and just all wrong. Of course, that’s because I hadn’t had a properly prepared traditional South Pacific kava. Nowadays, I’m a firm believer in the benefits of kava. This is mainly because Kava is cathartic and helps me to de-stress. It is therefore always my go-to herb when writing and doing creative work. In addition to its sedative qualities, drinking kava is also a ritual that strengthens friendships and bonds communities together.
